Please submit your child's updated physicals and immunization records to our nurses office. In accordance with Massachusetts State Law, unless except for medical or religious reasons, all students must have a 1 Tdap Vaccine and 2 Varicella Vaccines on record prior to entry to Gr. 7. Because many appointments occur throughout the school year, Ms. Bacon and Mrs. Trites would like to suggest that parents and guardians submit them as soon as you have it done.
